VITEC - Avedia IP Video Essentials

This two day, in-person, course covers background theory and practical skills needed to specify, install and configure Avedia systems.

The course, held at our Dalgety Bay office, begins with an introduction to the VITEC product range and an overview of the technologies behind IP Video, and also focuses on the resources available to help specify an Avedia system. With that background information in place, the majority of the course is then dedicated to hands-on tutorials which look at setting up and configuring solutions based on VITEC Avedia products.

Topics covered will include Introduction to the VITEC Product Range, Digital Video Fundamentals, IP Multicast, Head-end Design, Configuring Gateways, Configuring Encoders, Configuring Media Players, Configuring AvediaServer (ArtioSign/ArtioView), Tools and Troubleshooting.
